Hi, I'm Lucy. I'm a Personal Trainer, Women's Wellness Coach and fitness instructor based in Tring, Hertfordshire. I work specifically with women, and I've built my practice around the things life throws at us that traditional fitness spaces completely ignore.

I came to this work after my own experience of burnout, overwhelm and feeling completely lost in my own body. I know what it's like to feel like you're doing everything right and still not feeling well. I know how invisible and isolating that can be.

I believe that discipline and being kind to yourself aren't mutually exclusive - you can have both and that’s strength, not weakness. My approach is warm, evidence-informed and built around your real life, not an idealised version of it. We go at your pace. We rest when rest is right. And we celebrate every bit of progress, however it looks.
